Please feel free to set-up your own instance runs if you don't see one already listed. Some general guidelines:

1) Please try and be considerate and try not to hijack times with runs already scheduled.

2) Organizers should still check in game at the appointed start time if people signed up, even if the attendance list is not full. You may be able to find fill-ins in game.

3) Please keep in mind that the final group make-up is at the discretion of the event organizer. Signing up does not guarantee you a spot, but instead states your interest and intention to show up. Event organizers should attempt to include as many people as possible on a first come first serve basis but may make changes based on class balance in order to ensure the run is successful.

4) Unless otherwise stated, the "15-minute" rule will be in effect. This means that 15 minutes after the posted 'invite' time, the organizer may take the next person in line (or any other person in game) if you have not shown up.  Even though the start time might be posted beyond this, you should plan on being on-line within 15 minutes of the posted start time (or let the raid leader you're definately coming but running a few minutes late).

5) Please use the "Notes" feature to state any special considerations if you're not going to be running the full instance.

6) When signing up, please use the "Notes" feature to state any information that the event organizer needs to know, ie talent build, going to be late, request to be an alternate only, etc.

7) HAVE FUN!!

When signing up, please designate yourself as follows:

CONFIRMED:
You plan on being on-line and ready to go at invite time and you meet all stated run requirements.

STANDBY:
a) You are interested but would be willing to defer your spot to someone else if needed.
b) You are unsure if you will be able to log in on time but want to be considered a fill-in if a spot becomes available or if someone else doesn't show up
c)  You would like to go but are unsure if you meet the run requirements  If the group is strong enough, you might still be able to go, even if undergeared.

Please use the 'comment' field if you end up being put in the wrong spot or for whatever notes you feel are appropriate to help run organizers put a workable group together.

Some runs may be designated with a 'type' notation.  Feel free to sign up for whatever run you would like to go on but the group make-up will be subject to the following guidelines so you may or may not actually be able to go even if you sign-up:

OPEN:
The group is open to anyone that wants to go.  No minimum gear/experience requirements will be enforced.

FARM:
The group make-up will be tailored in attempt to get specific gear drops.  Please note which specific drops, if any, you are looking for from which bosses in your 'comment'.  If you have multiple characters looking for gear that you want to try and include in a run, it is up to you to ensure that character is at the instance prior to the run.

PROGRESSION:
We will be working on learning/refining tactics for areas that still give us difficulty or inconsistent results.  Given a choice, we'll want to take folks that have better gear/experience or have specific class spec, talents, skills in order to try a specific strategy.

CLEAR:
The group will be put together in order to ensure success based on ideal class, spec, and gear balance.
